Occasionally, a product may not meet our high standards. That’s why we have a Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Warranty Claims Policy in place to take care of our customers in such situations.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your flags, and we stand behind our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product for any reason or face difficulties receiving your order due to shipping issues, we will work with you to offer a replacement or a refund. While such cases are rare, if we make a mistake, we want to make it right and will do our best to meet your expectations.
Claim Requirements:
- Customers must contact us within 30 business days of receiving the product to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Any issues reported after this claim period will be covered only under the specific product’s warranty (if applicable).
- All returned products must be unused, unless explicitly approved by QSUM.
- If you need to use the product for an event and we cannot provide a replacement before your event date, we may allow you to use the product while arranging for a replacement. However, once the product has been used, any claims will fall under the product-specific warranty (if applicable).
What We May Require From You:
- (a) Photos of the issue emailed to us.
- (b) Returning the physical product to us (if required).
- If a return is necessary, we cannot process any claims until the returned item is received.
📌 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, QSUM will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g., ordering the wrong product, changing their mind, or no longer needing the item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The final decision regarding replacements or refunds will be made by the QSUM team.
Customized Products
Unfortunately, custom-made items are not eligible for returns since they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers. If you receive a high-quality customized product that matches your approved proof, it cannot be returned.
When purchasing customized products from QSUM, we require you to confirm the product specifications and dimensions and approve the artwork before production begins. These steps ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. Once production starts, we cannot cancel or refund customized products.
Claims must be related to the quality of the received product and not related to the approved artwork or design. Any reprints will use the originally approved design.
This policy does not cover design modifications, spelling corrections, or changes.
Hardware & Accessories
If you wish to return unused hardware, most items are eligible for return within 30 business days of receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
📌 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, QSUM will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason, the buyer must cover the return shipping cost.
- QSUM does not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items, so you may use any shipping carrier of your choice to return the item.
- Once we receive the unused returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (typically within 2-5 business days).
Warranty Claims
Unless stated otherwise on the specific product page, the standard warranty period is 30 days.
- Our standard warranty covers material and workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- QSUM reserves the right to determine whether a warranty-covered product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you would like to request a replacement or refund under warranty, we may ask you to:
- (a) Send us photos showing the issue via email.
- (b) Return the physical product to us (if required).
